ADULT COOKING CLASSES, Indian Cuisine and Dim Sum and More



In these fun and informative four-week series, learn some of the basics of ethnic and whole foods cuisine.

The classes are taught by Carol Adinolfi, a professional chef who received culinary training in Maharashtra, India and New York City.


These series will be offered at two locations: in Williamstown on Tuesdays, and in Bennington on Thursdays. Classes take place from 6 p.m.–8:30 p.m.

Carol teaches the basic techniques that go into making rare, authentic ethnic specialties.
The focus is on the distinct flavors of fresh whole foods, wet and dry masalas, and “magics”—some of the crucial elements of spicing techniques.
